The Contact Centre Agent is responsible for delivering an excellent service to our customers. They will be the frontline of our business and will need to support our customers in all queries and be brand ambassadors for our business. Building rapport and ensure our customer's expectations are met.The Role

As a contact Centre Agent you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by listening to our customer needs and developing solutions to meet your customer's expectations. You'll understand the strategy, aims and objectives of our business and appropriately promote our products and services to your customers, always ensuring your customers are treated fairly and kept properly informed. You will be operating our customer systems to the required standards to ensure accurate data is maintained. Monitoring and administering a busy customer inbox, you'll make sure that written communication is to a high standard.The Person

To be really successful in the role you'll be able to demonstrate your 'Customer First' attitude and an ability to take ownership of customer queries. You will be self confident, friendly, always take a professional approach and be able to build rapport and influence others. You will need to have a positive attitude to change, both business related and to your personal performance.
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills are a must as are excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ideally we would like you to have a minimum of six months customer service experience in a demanding call centre environment and a proven track record of hitting targets. You will be able to provide evidence of handling complaints effectively. Five GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English is also desirable.The Company
