You will be fully responsible for the complete sales cycle from cold call to close and account management and will be based from our clients brand new Birmingham office when you are not out on the road visiting clients. You will be working towards a target of circa 50-150 new contractors per month depending on experience so heavy hitters are needed! The candidate To be successful in your application for this vacancy you must be able to demonstrate that you have experience in sales within the payroll solutions sales arena including evidence of a successful track record in business development, ideally with relevant P60's to substantiate this success. The ability to deal with varying sectors and different levels of authority along with experience of working autonomously in a field sales capacity is also expected as we expect a high response to this recruitment drive. The package On offer is a highly attractive base salary, in the region of £35,000 - £45,000 plus an uncapped and realistic commission plan giving the ability to hit an OTE in the region of £60,000 - £70,000 p/a.
